01 Social Science Exhibition cum National IntegrationCamp                              

  The cluster level social science exhibition was enthusiastically conducted in the Vidyalaya on 20th & 21st August, 05 All 6 KV's of Jamnagar region participated in this program.
Our school stood 1st in the Group Song  and Group Dance Competition and
3rd in Quiz and Hindi Debate Competition.

The Qutumb Shahi Tomb exhibit was selected for the regional level and National Level competition as well.

02 Maths & Green Olympiad & Terra Quiz - 2005

Our students are inspired to participate in various competitive quiz like Maths and Green Olympiad. The 7th National level  Maths Olympiad was conducted in the month of September. Total 36 students appeared in Maths Olympiad and 33 students in Green Olympiad.

Mas. Akash Roy of Xth A got merit certificate and his position at all India level was 3rd.

03 Youth Parliament

Youth Parliament was held in our school with a purpose to give knowledge of our parliament's modus operandi. The aim of Youth parliament is to make aware students about the working of the parliament to bring out the ideal citizens in them. The students can understand how the leaders try to work together for the progress of the nation. The bookish knowledge is made practical for better understanding. How politicians discuss on various crucial issues of our country, how our constitution work, how the bills in the parliament are discussed and then passed etc.
The 18th Youth parliament zonal level was held on 21st Dec, 2005 in Jaipur (K.V.No.2). There was group of 50 participants, escorting 4 teachers. The children gave a good performance, coming out with 8 individual prizes. They got participation certificates too.

04 Quiz and Awareness Programs
1) Under NAEP programs,varios Drwaing & Essay writting competetions
were organised on 5-1-2008. The subject of competetions are
'Health is Wealth' and 'AIDS causes and precautions'.Aim is to
generate AIDS awareness among the pupils and residents of Air
Force Station.
2) Hindi poem competetion was held on 3-11-07.
3) For encouraging Hindi,'Hindi Pakhwara'program was performed from
14-9-07 to 28-9-07.In this duration following events were performed
by Hindi PGT Mr.K.Rathore:
* Views of Non-Hindi Teachers
* Essay on Hindi related topics
* Debate on Hindi
* House Board Decoration competetion
* Inter school Quiz Competetion
`4) The English Elocution competetion was held on 1-09-07.The topics
were 'Responsible Future citizens of the country','Co-Education
in school & colleges','Global Warming'.

05 Trekking and Adventure
1)

Para Sailing for K.V. Students  was organised by NAF(Rajasthan chapter) on 30th Jan,2004 to 2nd Feb, 2004. Our 58 students attended that program.

2)

Trekking Program at Kharapathar Area near Shimla was organised on 15th Sep, 2003 to 24th Sep, 2003 by The Director of mountaineering Allied Sports, Govt. of Himachal Pradesh, Manali. Five girls of our Vidyalaya have attended that program.

3)

Kayaking and Canoeing activities at Shivpuri(15 kms above Rishikesh) was organised on 5th June, 2004 to 10th June, 2004 by Indian Kayaking & Canoeing Association, New Delhi. Five students of our Vidyalaya have attended this program

4)

 Trekking Program at Lonawala was organised on 18th April, 2004 to 28th April, 2004 by Mercury Himalaya Explorations Ltd., New Delhi. 15 students of our Vidyalaya have attended that program.

06 Art and Culture
1)

Participation of international olymic drawing & pinting competetion
for children and youth.It led participation of class VIth to XIIth.
Topic is 'Sport in Imagination Beijing-2008'on 20-4-07

2) Inter school drawing & pinting competetion at Sainik school
Balachadi,Jamnagar on 28-10-07.
Winner- Rank 2nd Niharika of Class IX-c (Middle Group)
Consolation prize Rishikesh Of class VII-B (Junior group)
3) Participation of painting competetion on 'Energy conservation'
at Dehgam(Gujrat) on 25-9-06.

07 Yoga and Meditation
1)

Yoga and Meditation provides peace and concentration to all the students.
In our vidyalaya, all the students perform various Yogasan like "Chakrasan", "Tadasan", "Pranayam", "Kapalbhati" etc in our morning assembly.
It gives mental relaxation and activeness to start the day with purified air. Yoga not only nourishes the physical capabilities of students but it also stimulates the inner essence and strong Psychological strength in students.
